  First of all the burgers are tasty, from Dallas (spice-crusted) to Miami (how a Cuban should be made). Having said that, they tend to overcook from your order. They go out of their way to warn you that "medium will have pink", but mine had no pink in sight, though in fairness it still packed flavor. Fries are usually on point, but the onion rings are soggy and depressing. Finally, from our seats at the counter, we caught glimpses of the kitchen through the swinging door. If the floor is any indication of its cleanliness, I'd be concerned.
