  Rudest office staff in this office. I made a visit to this office in Dec. They were packed with people, taking more appointments than the office could facilitate. I was asked if I wanted to do an exam not covered by my insurance for 29.00. I said okay. After that, I was ready to pay with my credit card. Their machine was not working. I have been to this place for several years, I know how it was like. Last night I received the first ever correspondence deemed 'a friendly reminder' - that it was my responsibility to pay up - and they were going to the collection agency. Well, it's YOUR responsibility as a professional office to ensure you're not overbooked and your machines are up to date for billing purposes. I knew I needed to pay and I did the moment I was reminded. This incident only reveals your nasty attitude towards your patients, yes, and over a mere $29 dollars. There are many, many professional eye care doctors in the vicinity and maybe LensCrafters need to sublet 1/2 the office to another eye care provider. Then, the patients will see the difference.- BTW, go check up their reviews in YELP, MAPQUEST etc.
