  Unlike the other reviews here, we had a positive experience working with Bindi. I hired Bindi based on a recommendation from my friend who also used her to close on his house. She took the time to explain her fee structure, each step of the process and answered my questions promptly.
  She even took calls from us in the evening and gave us her cell phone number.
  
  After the inspection was done we had some serious issues we needed fixed by the sellers. Bindi went back and forth several rounds with the other side and negotiated for our best interest. In the end, we got everything that was important to us fixed by the sellers and we had a smooth closing.
  
  I will not hesitate to recommend Bindi to my other friends/family.

  I recently hired Bindi when I was buying my first home and I had really pleasant experience with Bindi. She was very professional and attentive throughout the process. After the home inspection she helped me get some credit from seller's side and also had seller to fix certain issues before closing. I would definitely give her more than 5 star if I could.
