  First let me say that I never write bad reviews or even give reviews about people or places I've been. Being a business owner myself it is important to treat people with the utmost respect at all times and treat everyone the way you would want to be treated. Well, the experience I had today at Princeton Orthopedic Associates at 325 Princeton Road was horrendous. I arrived to my appt a half hour early as they asked, filled out all the paperwork as instructed and when they were handing me back my insurance card and ID I was informed I will not be seen today as they don't have my referral. I gave them my referral number, called my referring doctor and they wouldn't speak to them on the phone so they could get confirmation I did in fact have an approved referral. I then called my insurance company and they too advised me that yes, I do have a referral and walked me through getting it up on my phone to show them. The woman I was dealing with told me "we don't do that" meaning look at my phone to see the referral. I was told it had to be faxed at this point since they couldn't get it up on their computer. An hour later, I was informed by my insurance company that they faxed a copy to them. As I sat there waiting, after being degraded by these people, I was told I would have to reschedule as the Doctor had surgery. What I don't understand is why they didn't in the beginning give me options on what I should do and help me through it instead of being downright rude and nasty telling me I can't be seen. Why wouldn't they let me see the doctor knowing I did in fact have a referral and it would have been on their desk before I was even done being seen. I walked in with a fractured ankle and torn tendon and walking on crutches which didn't faze them one bit. I felt so humiliated as they spoke down to me in front of an office full of patients. Karma ladies, especially the nasty one who sits to the right when coming into the office. If your that unhappy with your job maybe you shouldn't be working with the public. You my dear need an attitude adjustment.
