  Repair shop was terrible. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE. They can't even put handle bars on straight. We took our 2005, Vespa GTS 250 scooter there to be repaired. We were going to have 3 repairs done. A standard oil and maintenance checkup, the front fender replaced and the throttle cables repaired, which was the main repair. We use the bike as a primary form a transportation even in the winter. So when the throttle was freezing the bike couldn't be used. We took it here to be fixed. They claimed they oiled the cables and the problem should be solved. Well it wasn't. When we took it to a different shop they said that they should have removed the cables and looked at them. In doing this they would have seen that the cables needed to be replaced. While it was there we decided to have the front fender put back on as it had broken off when another bike fell on it while parked in NYC. Without even trying, they claimed that the fork was bent and it couldn't be done. We asked them to try anyway which involves taking apart the entire steering column. They did that and said it still couldn't be done. Then when we picked it up and drove it off the lot we found out that the handle bars had been put back on crooked. We immediately turned around. They again claimed that this was because it was bent. Strange as we drove it in and nothing was wrong with it. We left if there overnight and they did manage to get the handle bars on straight. We took the bike to Vespa Metuchen (Sport Honda) and they were able to put the fender on without a problem and fixed the throttle cables.
