  Very impressive restaurant! We visited it last weekend. The seats' layout is not crowded with great taste. Hand-pulled classical noodles made my little son eat 2 bowls! He is such a picky eater that I believe the ingredients of the noodles should be very good without preservatives. We also tried lily dish, very special and nice. The chicken and lamb are both delicious. I will highly recommend to my friends since it is hard to find a restaurant using high-quality materials nowadays. The only problem for my family is that this restaurant is a little far from my house.

  Done below street level, this is an attractive space, with small tables and pleasant soft lighting. It was busy but not noisy when I was there on a Monday at 7:00. There is a counter where you can sit and watch the cooks. Most fun to watch is the noodle maker, who pulls big loops of dough, turns them into long ramen noodles, snips the loop and plunges it into a wok of boiling water. I was waited on quickly, had my spicy, tasty food with not much waiting, and they were in no hurry to collect the bill.

  Perhaps the name of the restaurant with the word Ramen is confusing, the real star is everything else on the menu.
  The kitchen in this restaurant is fantastic and by far best Chinese in Princeton. I personally think it could hold it’s own in NYC Chinatown.
  The front of the house is a bit of a mess, service is slow and inconsistent. It is a small sacrifice for great food in my opinion. If you want authentic, delicious Chinese this is the place!
