  They are supposed to contact/remind you to schedule a mammography. Haven't had one in about 4 years and am told they cannot put my request in their system. Had a breast MRI (my first) and the attending technicians were cold and clueless. You would think that women (which they were) would be more compassionate and aware of your fear of the result. Not a good experience and will not go back there if I have a problem.
