  Why is there no option for ZERO or even NEGATIVE STARS??? Found out that I have an unpaid medical collection on my Equifax being reported by these frauds. Called REMEX INC and was told that they have no record of me on file and the collection is actually for another individual by the same name with a completely different DOB & SSN# and that I need to call Equifax to have it removed because it isn't there fault. I speak with Equifax and they advise me that it is 100% REMEX INC's fault as they only attach accounts to credit reports based on information that they receive from creditors and to file a dispute and they will contact REMEX INC in order to get the information needed from them to verify that the account is in fact not mine. I circle back with REMEX INC and speak with their "Supervisor" Karen (who eventually just hung up on me) and she advises me that they do not have an account for me and they are not going to send Equifax anything as it is not their problem.
  
  Long story short I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and will also be hiring an attorney if the matter is not resolved in a timely manner and would advise anyone else dealing with this joke of a company to do the same because you will just get the run around when trying to deal with them directly.
