  I realize this place is supposed to be top shelf, fine dining. Great. It isn't. EVERYTHING was saturated in grease or butter. I've honestly made better steaks at home with a PISMO from Costco and a cast iron skillet. My family was convinced to go here for a special event, after which we all spent the night with that grease running right through us. This chain is a good example of what not to do to food. Save $200 and get better food by going down the street to Longhorn.

  I visited couple of weeks ago with my family. The food was awesome... steaks were cooked to perfection, side dishes were delicious, and our service staff was great and attentive. My only issue was the hostess who was not only very rude but also inattentive. We arrived early for our reservation (1.5 hours to be exact) and asked if we could be seated to which to hostess replied that she needed a few minutes to work something out. 30 minutes later, I followed up and she said that she needed a few more minutes. My expectation was that at least she’d had given me a straight answer instead of not following up with me at all but worst of all not doing anything at all because I didn’t hear anything at all from her. 15 minutes before my reservation, I followed up again and see if we are going to be seated “on time” to which she replied “it’s only 15 minutes before your reservation time”. I almost lost my cool but didn’t want to ruin the evening. Please hire hostesses that have people skills and attentive.

  Been here a few times and every time it's been wonderful! Our server, Samantha was the prime example of excellence in the service industry. Funny, cordial, warm and friendly. In this day and age, where everyone likes to sit, whine and complain, I thought I'd take a few minutes to acknowledge such a delightful individual who really does care about their job.
