  Stopped by today to buy some brie to make brie en croute to bring to a friends' house. The wonderful woman who helped me took much time selecting the right brie, cut it into layers for me, wrote directions on the cheese wrapper, and even threw in some chopped apricots to help finish off my cooking project. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and provided over the top service, even for my very small purchase. The whole business oozes passion for cheese and is a place I'll certainly stop by any time I need something cheese-related!
